Outfitter and Vault in Pre-Ascalon ? - Guild Wars Forums

I was so busy testing different builds that I forgot to look..does pre-Ascalon have an Outfitter and a Vault ?...if so, I intend to start collectiing before I move thru' the academy, instead of just leaving stuff on the ground.

There are outfitters scattered everywhere in pre-Searing. Vaults, however, are not available (at least not that I saw).

There's no vault. I think they don't want you "twinking" new characters. Why, I'm not sure, since you can kill anything in pre-Sear with the toy wooden sword or whatever they give you at the start, and better weapons aren't useful until you have a decent score in the appropriate attribute, so I wouldn't think twinking would be much of an issue...

I have found collectors all over pre-sear that give armor pieces but no outfitters. Can anyone tell me where to find one that will craft upgraded armor in pre-sear?

You can't upgrade armor in pre-sear, that comes after. The only way to get better armor is through the collectors.You will need items that you have broken down to make better armor in post...just a clue..save, and save some more...
